Trattoria Buzzino began its story in 1844, and over time became one of the historic establishments in Florence’s culinary tradition.
The name, too, reflects the city’s authentic and slightly irreverent spirit. The word buzzo, which in Tuscan speech refers to the prominent belly of someone who loves good food, captures all the warmth, frankness and playful spirit of old Florence.
